If you are looking for a method for monitoring the PC activities of employees and other users, StatWin is a comprehensive data collection software that provides an organized way to store data which is gathered through computer monitoring. When you view the collected data it is organized so you can easily select the information you want to view.
StatWin has a comprehensive set of tools that include statistics and reporting tools, advanced computer monitoring programs that allow you to customize monitoring such as taking periodic desktop snapshots, adjust user permission controls, conduct remote administration tasks that allow remote administration of PCs that have a client installed, and a notification viewer which allows you to view PC activity. StatWin also provides a comprehensive set of computer data monitoring tools that track PC startups, Internet access, website access and specific Internet processes that involve Web servers.
Other computer monitoring tools offered by StatWin include tracking of printers and the number of documents being printed, keyboard and mouse tracking, user activity when working with specific programs, tracking of USB devices that are connected to a PC, and capturing of screenshots for monitoring PC activity. StatWin is also capable of monitoring network connections and user access to shared resources as well as inbound connections to each computer via a Local Area Network (LAN).
StatWin provides both individual and business monitoring solutions in three packages which include the StatWin Professional 8.4, StatWin Total 8.4, and StatWin Server Enterprise 8.4. All solutions are compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 2008, 2003, 2000, and Windows 7 in both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions and also support Windows Server 2008 R2/2008/2003 32-bit and 64-bit platforms.
